RAYON
fabrics.
POLYNEON
Suitable for almost any application, Polyneon´s unique100% polyester formula makes this thread extremely durable and smooth running.
Vibrant colors are resistant to chlorine bleach, making Polyneon the ideal thread for embroidering on uniforms,
safety garments and
commercial linens.
ISACORD
At nearly twice the strength of rayon thread, it has been engineered from the finest raw materials to provide just the right amount of elasticity to allow for high speed running without looping or puckering while virtually eliminating thread breaks for a cleaner finish, and uniform result.

Crests & Patches
If youre not sure about direct embroidery, but still require branding on articles of clothing and bags, we can produce crests and patches that can sewn on to your apparel after the fact. We have a variety of cotton and poly twill material to pick from for your background, and all patches have finished marrowed boarders to prevent fraying. Adhesive backing can be requested for a quick iron application.
Everyone wants their designs to pop out, and we can literally accommodate that with our 3D embroidery technique. It raises specific portions of your design from the surface and gives your logo some depth.

Digitization
Is the art of converting your artwork into an embroidery file. Meaning if you provide us a jpeg, bitmap or a vector file, we will in turn convert your artwork into a stitch/embroidery file.

Screening is the fastest and most inexpensive method to get your image from your computer/sketch book, on to a promotional product/garment.
With our expertise we aim to produce the sharpest, true to your work, reproduction that is possible. From golf balls to pens to umbrellas, screen printing is extremely versatile, offers high visibility at the price points youre looking for.
A variety of paint can be used, from Plastisol to water-basted to discharged inks. Foiling is also available.
Twill & Appliqué
Appliqué isnt just for sports jerseys anymore. More and more corporate companies and fashion design studios are switching to create larger variations of their projects. From collegiate/varsity or instant vintage, over laying various materials on top of your garment transforms your basic into brilliance.
This procedure can be applied from your straightforward Polyester Twill offering the sharpest colours, to flet material, giving your garment some instant vintage, to whatever patterned material you pick up from the fashion district downtown.

Truly a lost art. Dont be fooled; many others would find alternatives to reproduce the thickness and textual complexity of chenille production, but we produce our chenille products the old school way. Hand crafted to ensure the highest of quality and the densest of stitches.
Varsity jackets, custom patches, or just a change of texture, Chenille is a very luxurious and highly durable impression. With over 20 years of experience our seamstress is proficient in the art and our quality is second to none. BEHIND THE METHOD
Our story began in a small basement In the early 80s. A young lady offered basic free hand embroidery services from her basement in east Toronto to clients she have meet during her day job at a uniform company. She mainly did names basic text. Having mastering the craft, she eventually identified the growing niche that required computerized digital embroidery. In 1985, in a small industrial unit Scarborough Embroidery and Chenille Service was established.
Now boasting over 100 heads of automated embroidering machines, Method Embroidery continues the tradition of offering state of the art production capabilities with the time-honored values and qualities that our reputation was built on. Regardless if your order is a one off leather seat cover for your speed boat, or its 10000 pieces for a corporate program, were able to handle anything you can conceive.
